Launching soon on Chrome, Brave, Edge & Firefox · Follow for the drop
Built for safety, not surveillance
Non-custodial
Your keys never leave your device. Your recovery phrase is encrypted locally with PBKDF2-SHA256 (600k iterations) and AES-256-GCM — we can’t see or recover it.
Multi-chain
EVM and Cosmos networks in one wallet — Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Arbitrum, Cosmos Hub, Osmosis and more, plus Cockroach Chain.
Private by design
No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no accounts, no servers. The publisher receives nothing from the wallet.
Minimal permissions
Only storage and alarms. No host permissions, no content scripts — it can’t read or change the sites you visit.
Auto-lock
Private keys live in memory only while unlocked, and are wiped on lock, auto-lock and browser exit.
Built for Cockroach Chain
First-class support for staking, governance and everyday transactions on the resilient EVM Layer-1.
EVM & Cosmos, in one place
Manage assets across major chains — and Cockroach Chain — without juggling multiple wallets.
How your wallet is protected
Encrypted on your device
Your recovery phrase is encrypted with your password using PBKDF2-SHA256 (600,000 iterations) and AES-256-GCM, stored only in your browser’s extension storage. The publisher never sees it and cannot recover it.
Keys wiped on lock
Private keys exist in memory only while the wallet is unlocked, and are wiped on lock, auto-lock after inactivity, and browser exit. Minimal permissions mean the extension can’t read or change the websites you visit.

Common questions
Is Cockroach Wallet custodial?
No. It’s fully non-custodial — your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and encrypted on your own device. The publisher runs no server and can’t access or recover your funds.
Which networks does it support?
EVM and Cosmos networks including Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Cosmos Hub, Osmosis, Celestia, Akash, Noble and Stride — plus Cockroach Chain itself. More can be added over time.
Does the wallet collect my data?
No analytics, tracking, ads or accounts. To show balances and send transactions it connects directly to public blockchain nodes, which (like any website) can see your IP and public address. See the privacy policy for details.
How is my wallet kept secure?
Your seed phrase is encrypted with your password using PBKDF2-SHA256 (600,000 iterations) and AES-256-GCM. Keys are only in memory while unlocked and wiped on lock, auto-lock or browser exit. The extension requests minimal permissions.
How do I install it?
